You will be well cared
for during your stay here by an able and devoted staff
of ten. Many have been with Villa Lazy Heart as
long as it has existed, and all are known personally to
the owner.
Villa Lazy Heart is
overseen by Richard Schecher Jr. (RJ), Villa Manager and Juan Aluma,
Director of Operations. Juan Aluma has worked in the U.S. in a similar capacity, managing hotels
on Miami Beach. Mr. Aluma speaks both
Spanish & English.

Santos Lantigua is our Villa Chef and Merlin Diaz is the person
that will oversee the staff along with Reina, our head housekeeper
and hostess, while you are in residence. Together, they will make sure that you have everything
you need or want, and will ensure that
your time at Villa Lazy Heart is happy and hassle free. Merlin facilitates
communication between guests and staff, and assists in planning
activities and services.
A housekeeper and cook assist Merlin in pampering Villa
guests with cleaning, laundry, cooking and child care services.
All three are mothers of young children and will happily care for
yours. For those selecting food service, a full time cook and assistant
offer a selection of wonderful meals.

5 groundskeepers
look after the garden, generators, pool, stable, and beach. They also
provide horseback tours and can arrange other adventurous activities.
Two night attendants provide dusk-to-dawn security
and assist guests with late-night requests.
Transportation is readily available
and can be easily arranged for airport pickup,
daily or weekly charter, or individual trips. Rental cars and motorcycles
can also be arranged.
Masseurs and manicurists are available to service
guests at any number of pleasant spots on the villa grounds.
