Food service prices
$69 US per person per day
includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks/hors
d'ouevres. Menu is fixed for the week and dinners
include fresh lobster, USDA beef, fresh local seafood
and chicken. Breakfasts are eggs, bacon, pancakes,
fresh fruitò choice of the guest. Lunches include
a variety of salads, sandwiches, soups, chicken, fish.
At all meals, a wide range of choices are offered.
Villa Lazy Heart will accommodate special diet requirements
to the extent possible. All soft drinks, mixers, juices,
milk, etc. are included in the daily food service
cost. A basic bar is provided at the beginning of
each rental. Additional liquor, beer, wine and bottled
water may be ordered at the guest's expense.

Payment and Deposit Requirements
You may qualify for our
CVP Web Discount of up to 30% off the rental price.
There are no cash refunds.
In the event of a
cancellation or change of rental dates, the following is the
official policy of Caribbean Vacation Properties:
To be eligible for a
refund, of any kind, a cancellation request MUST be made
prior to 60 days before arrival date. If Caribbean
Vacation Properties can rent the previously
booked\cancelled dates to another client, CVP will issue
a credit for a future booking equal to 90% of the amount
paid for the original dates booked. This credit will be
valid for a period of 360 days from the date of the
original booking. However, the official policy is that
no refunds or credits are available for holiday &
special booking dates. During holiday periods, credits
may be available if the villa is rented to another
client. If the villa is rented to another client during
a holiday period, a credit will be issued in the amount
of 80% of the amount paid for the original dates booked
and this credit shall be valid for a period of 180 days
from the date of of the original booking. In the event
Caribbean Vacation Properties is unable to rent the
originally booked cancelled\changed dates to another
client, no refund or credit is available during holiday
periods and special booking dates.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the full rental amount
is required at time of reservation. Our exclusive
rental representative is Florida Destinations International
(FDI). Please make your US dollar check (or international
money order) drawn on a U.S. bank payable to 'Florida
Destinations International ' or contact us for wire
instructions.

Ancillary Services and Costs
Rental cars and
chauffeured vans are available in the
area. Prices vary depending on the service and the
transportation company you choose.
A valid driver's license from your home country and
a major credit card are usually all that is required.
These transportation services are
generally an on-call service within our zone. This zone
includes most restaurants, beaches, and the Playa Grande
Golf Club. Costs for longer trips vary. Although
Villa Lazy Heart makes every effort to help coordinate
and assist guests with their transportation needs, we
are not affiliated with these transportation companies
and therefore are not responsible for varying prices.
Professional massages are $40 US per
one hour session. Villa Lazy Heart has its own massage
tables and access to masseuses from a number of disciplines.
Manicures and pedicures are also available.
